What kind of pan is the DO sitting in? From the video it looks like it's also CI. Is this a commercial item or something that you just scrounged up to keep the brickettes under the pot and from their heat from being absorbed by the ground?

It is sitting in the bottom of a small BBQ grill (like a little Weber with a dome lid) so I can put the briquets right inside it off of the sand. Joanie 8)
