Super EZ Gluten-free Banana Pancakes

2 Bananas
4 Eggs


1) Mash bananas in a bowl
2) Mix in eggs
Note: An immersion blender works great for this.

Melt butter in a skillet or on a griddle, and cook. Makes about 16 pancakes. EASY!
