DO lamb short rib stew

Easy recipe to make, plus the leftover stock gives a nice soup.

For 2 people, is as follows:

- 1lb lamb short ribs (tastes even better with free grasing lamb)
- 2 chopped onions
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 fresh mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 1 sweet or regular potato
- green beans if available
- fresh parsely and coriander
- salt and pepper per taste
- garlic

Seal the lamb ribs on the oven with olive oil and chopped garlic.
Add the other ingredients, grossly chopped, and enough water to cover half of the content.
Let it cook for 2 hours on low flame.
